Anyone that has ever sold a home knows the stress involved in the transaction.After seven weeks of trying to sell our beautiful town home 'by owner' we received a telephone call from  Jack Arnt of 'Landmark Realty'.  He was a complete stranger to us yet his experience of over 25 years in the real estate business along with his professionalism was very apparent even over the telephone.

When he visited our home his expertise & many references were all we needed to decide to list with Jack.  The r commission that Jack Arnt offered was appealing and he immediately placed our home in the MLS.  He advertised weekly in the newspaper, placed our home in the full color real estate homes booklet and produced  color flyers & other promotional materials about our home.  Within a short period of time we had a substantial offer on our home.
